This is related to MCSE 20-270 (Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional) exam.
1. Is the exam adaptive?
If not,
2. How may questions does the exam have?
3. How much time is given to do the exam?
For some reason I keep hearing from friends about their jobs/employers not paying them when they are “scheduled” to get paid. I don’t know the exact situations, but surely there must be something in the California Labor code that goes over this.
I searched California Code but had difficulty finding just what I was looking for. I’m hoping someone who is familiar with California Law will read this question and be able to point me in the right direction. Perhaps my friends are entitled to something they aren’t aware of. Maybe not. I’d like to know for sure.

I want a bachelor nursing degree but I also would like to obtain a physical therapy license too. So I wonder can I use those same courses for credit. Could it be possible to get them both at the time or the physical therapy first then continue with my degree?Any advice is appreciated thanks.

My boyfriend and I want to start selling products at the flea market full time. We know we need a tax ID number from the IRS, but don’t know what other sort of licensing (or other things) we will need to start the business. What licenses do we need, who do we contact about obtaining them, and how much do they cost? We will want to be able to order wholesale products, etc.
Any information would be appreciated.

Hello, I am handling some H.R. matters for a company and we just hired some part-time paid interns on an hourly basis. Does California law require me to print, have them sign, and keep on record their time sheets, or can I simply have them email me their unsigned copy and use that as my record keeping? Thank you!

I have a BS in Civil Engineering, and work as an Engineer in Training. In order to achieve licensing, I have to work with a licensed Professional Engineer for 5 years before I take the licensing exam.
My sons are 7 and 5, and the 7 year old is developmentally delayed, but keeping pace in public schools with his age group, with the assistance of a full-time tutor, who mostly helps keep him focused on his classwork. The 5-year-old will be starting kindergarten in the fall. I am mainly concerned with behavior problems they are learning from their peers, but also to a lesser degree with lack of personal attention.
Is it possible to work full time, and also home school children? How can it be done? Are there day care centers that would keep school age children who home school in evening, or would I need to modify my work schedule?
Even for a first offense, a DWI conviction may result in suspension or revocation of your driver’s license, vehicle impoundment, fines, even jail time.
I am currently 18 but still have not received my full license since I am away at school. I heard if you already have your full license it doesn’t effect you. When do I need to get mine by to avoid this ridiculous law?
A few weeks ago I was stopped by an over zealous cop in Goodyear, AZ for having Arizona at the top of my license plate covered by my license plate frame. Does anyone know what the fines are for something such as this? Please respond with legitimate responses only. Thank you!!!
