I have only had on incident about 8 years ago, I am now trying to find a job and I confused about whether or not if I qualify for the position. So I need to find out what Classification Driving while License is Suspended is. Is it a class A, B, Or C misdemeanor.

Description: it was may 28, 2009 about 7-7:30pm. it was a residental area, 2 lanes, day and dry outside. i was traveling in the right lane and stopping to turn left in a private drive. i drive an 2001 expedition and had a small 2 wheel car dolly attached and had a passenger. the vehicles behind me slowed down and witnessed me yielding and turn left in the drive. in the opposite lane came a honda car flying at a high rate of speed from far down the road (Which the speed limit was 40mph) and struck my side of vehicle. she left 67 ft skid marks plus 2 1/2 ft more after contact with my vehicle. she has no insurance, driving on suspended license, speeding. she had 2 small kids. one was in a seat belt and the other was small in a car seat that was not bucked to the car and was flipped over facing floor board. the lady jumped out of her honda car getting on her phone. i myself got her kids out of car. the witness right behind me stated in audio to insurance company that she witnessed everything. she witnessed me yield and says to her opinion that it was the other drivers fault due to high rate of speed. the off duty officer 2 cars behind me says he never saw the honda when i was turning and then his veiw was obstructed due to me turning after i yielded. my passenger even witnessed it, he was on the side that was hit. the lady whom struck my vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, on suspended license, and no auto insurance. the insurance says im 60% at fault and her at 40%. i feel thats only cause i cant recover any profit if im over 50% at fault, which i shouldnt be 60% at fault. i have pictures, witness statements. i need help recovering my (totalled) vehicle loss and pain in suffering. she wasnt even legal to be driving and i was totally legal with license and insurance. so therefore i feel she is at fault most percentage

In a Surcharge payment plan forgot to make payment, pulled over while license showed suspended, Police office wrote me a warning and said to contact judge. No previous violations in the last three years.

I got rear ended and did not file a police report because it was a minor fender bender but my back bumper has several deep scratches so i have to get a new bumper she said she has no money and has no insurace because she wasnt paying for it or something and just pulled out an old insurance card so i thot she had insurance, she told me on the phone she has a suspended license, my bumper is 500 dollars it is a bmw 740il what should i do!!!!!!

I have Suspended Florida License.I used to live in florida back in 07 for year and moved back to NY in the begining of 08 my license got suspended in May of 08. I lost my license during the summer and cant find it.Florida told me i cannot get a duplicate license or not even get a letter to take to the NY DMV office for me to change my FL to NY.And that I must finished paying off the Court fines.Ive been trying to pay off the court fines since then.I just finished paying off the court fines in November of 08.Florida just sent me a D6 Clearance letter it stating that my driving privilege is not reinstated and i have to present this release to any Driver License examning office and im required to pay a 47.50 reinstatement fee.Now the other day I went into the DMV office theres 2 in the bronx area.They told me that I cannot get my license back because I need some letter from the FL DMV office with my drivers license record.And that I cannot pay the 47.50 restate fee. Florida told me I can pay for it in ANY DMV in my state.Im so confused right now. Can someone please tell me what Should I do? I need my license back my job is to damn far for me to be traveling. Bx to Jersey im spending more money on transit then my rent bills.

Suspended license in CA. Moved to another state.?
I got a dui about 2 years ago. My license was not suspended. The lawyer filed in 10 days. I got an ORDER OF SET ASIDE. When I got this I moved to Arizona. I did the 12 hour classes and paid my money what I owed. I came to CA to visit my mom. Last nite I got pulled over. The cop found a suspended license in CA. My Arizona license is good. So he wrote me a ticket for a suspended CA license. He said it would probably be thrown out. I didn’t know they were suspended. I didn’t renew them when they lapsed. Will I be charged with driving in a suspended license. Thank you.

on april 17th 2007 i was involved in a motor vehicle accident, that was not my fault, and the officer gave me a ticket cause at the time my license was suspended, i was unaware of that. so now i have to go in front of the judge, and im worried i might go to jail. so can someone give me some advice, im willing to pay fines but im not wanting to go to jail.

I’m not the one with the bad license and no insurance. I am fully insured and legal to drive.
My question is, what happens if someone else who has a suspended license and no insurance is stopped while driving my car without me (or another licensed driver) in the vehicle?
Mostly, I don’t care what happens to the person. I care what happens to my car. Will it be impounded? I know I’d have to pay to get it back; how do they calculate impound costs?
Please, answer if you have knowledge about North Carolina laws specifically, because I’m sure this varies from state to state.
Will my license get suspended if more than 90 days pass before I take the Defensive Driving Course?

I received a speeding ticket in Florida on March 4. I had 90 days to take the defensive driving class, but today is the 91st day. Will my license be suspended? Or will I just be fined for completing the course late?
Is failure to appear and driving on suspended license considered a convictable offense?

The most serious offense has been DUI in 1996. Will this prevent me from getting a job. That was 15 years ago. And does disclosing this automatically disqualify me. The actual question on the application is, “Have you ever been convicted of a crime?” I pled guilty and went through all the necessary steps for DUI 1st. But I have also had tickets that I failed to appear on but did eventually pay. What do you think?
