I run a legal truck driving school and there are 3 schools around the corner who bring in students from all over the country to get CDL’s. 1st they change their drivers license to this state by using fake address’. They have the pre-trip written all over the trailer in Chinese, russian, and romanian. They give them a 1 day course that has about 1 hours drive time, all done on an automatic to show them the test route and then they test with the tester. I have called Homeland security, DOT inspectors, Police, State school licensing dept. A tester is even trying to help us stop them. No one seems to care at all. I am so confused by the complacentcy of this country after 9/11. Does no one care that these people are not trained adequately, and that they can become a national security risk at any moment? I guess not. Any ideas who I can contact?

I am a CPA candidate and preparing for the CPA exam. If I am qualified for education requirements in some states to sit for the CPA exam, could I apply to those states at once? If I have been approved by NY State Department to take the CPA exam, can I now apply to other states where do not require work experience for licensure?
Why do states have a minimum on hours worked law to be eligible for health insurance? The law protects who?
Some states like NJ & NY set a minimum number of hours that must be worked in order for the employee to be considered eligible for the employee health insurance. Why is there this law? Who does it protect, the employer, the employee, or the health insurance company? If it is to protect the employer, why not rely on employer policy. Likewise, if it is to protect the insurance company, why can’t the insurance company rely on a contractual minimum hours policy? It seems strange that state law would require such a condition.
If a drivers license is suspended in California will the suspension carry over to other states?
My friend had his drivers license suspended for owing child support in California. He wants to move to Virginia and was wondering if he would be able to get a license when he got here. He is unsure if the Cali suspension will carry over to Virginia. So I am setting out to find out if when he does move here, if he will be able to get a drivers license in Virginia with a suspended California license.

Law school and bar exam in different states?
I am planning on going to law school. I am looking at a law school in Louisiana, but I would prefer to practice in another state.
Will law school prepare me to take the bar exam in any state or just the state that the law school is in?
Also, will the MBE be difficult?
