Licensing music for online sales?

I have asked this before and have not got a satisfactory answer. As part of my business and marketing plan I want to sell music downloads on my page. I could even go at it as an affiliate but I want to stream radio and have links available for the song’s purchase as it is playing. What I need to know is how to do this and how the licensing for sales works. Any references to appropriate vendors with expertise here would be greatly appreciated.
As a Texas company, do I need to collect sales tax on software license fees I charge to clients in Texas?

I f my company is in Texas and we sell online inventory management software to businesses via an online monthly subscription/license fee, would should my company collect sales tax from our clients in Texas, or in any other state? We do not ship a product as it is 100% online, our clients simply have access to our online software service which we customize for each client’s business.

My software is somewhat custom for every client which I think means that it would not be applicable to sales tax. It is very difficult to get a clear definition on what is taxable and what is not whhen it comes to custom software licensing

I live in Florida, and I need to find investors that will allow a sales incentive. The developer has a 20,000 decorator allowance, which is a sales incentive. All of my current investors view as they are decreasing the value of the home by 20,000, or they view it as seller concession. What lenders out there will allow us to use this without cutting the value?

The Real Estate Broker Firm I work for is in very bad financial situation. I do have pending commissions from closings that will take place by late this year. What can I do to improve my chances to collect in case the company owners decide to close the company and stop paying all of their debts? I was convicted two years ago and never did prison time. I spent a few weeks in jail and had house arrest. Some paper work didn’t work out and i was forced to take a plea bargain for marijuana sales to avoid federal tax evasion charges. I have a BA from ucsb and a 3.8 gpa in statistics and economics and a connection with a Brockerage.

I am studying for the California Insurance sales license test, online. Life agent combo for life/accident insurance. Has anyone taken the on-site test? Do you know what score I will need to pass, and how is the test? Did you need to study very much to be able to pass? It is multiple choice but So many questions seem similar, it it challenging to keep them all straight….I would love to hear anyone’s experience with this test. Thanks!
