What’s a good book or website to prepare for this and whether or not if I can handle the math?

I live in the state of New Mexico and would like to start a property management company but do not know if I need a qualifying broker license. I already have an associate broker license.

I am interested in getting my liscense but don’t know the best way to go about it. How long does it take and how much would it cost?

I live in Alabama and interested in getting my license online. I have found a few websites and would like to know which ones come most recommended.

I am thinking of starting a real estate company in Tennessee. What is a fair way of paying a principal broker? Do they typically get paid a salary or percentage of what agents produce? I am a licensed broker, but do not wish to be the principal.

I know that you have to have a Bachelors degree before being able to take the test to become a commercial real estate appraiser but is it a requirement to get a residential license first?
P.S. I already have a Bachelors degree in Real Estate but no experience as an appraiser.

Legal Resource Manual For Real Estate Brokers: Florida Broker Edition

What is the best Real Estate schools to get knowledge on becoming a real estate agent or broker? It doesn’t matter which state it is for or if its online. Just real estate schools in general that will give a person an edge to learning what is important.

I’m looking for the best online real estate pre-license exam test preparation. I did a Google search and I came across these two websites:

I’m taking the test in Rhode Island.

If I get a broker license and register my own company but work from home (i.e. don’t really have an office outside of my home), how do I hide my private residence address on my business cards? I don’t want the whole world to know where I live.

I have done real estate salesperson course got liscenced, but I cant do write know a salesperson agent work because of a time constrain, i have a small baby n salesperson has to go on showing in the evening and in weekends, where no day cares available.
Please advice I need something in related field and office job morning hours when I can leave my baby in day care.
