I am 16 years old and got a speeding ticket in NY (80 in a 65) and I have my JOL from MA. Massachusetts law for receiving one speeding ticket is 90 day suspension, 500 dollar fee, courses on speeding, take your permit again and road test. This is an awful lot and I know that I will never speed again it was very dumb of me. But I was wondering if maybe New York won’t send the information and maybe Massachusetts won’t suspend my license.. I need help!
