I have nothing against wearing a name tag at work, but for a high school lunch lady, can they make us wear it if it has our last name also. Some people don’t want the last name for one reason or another. I have never seen a waitress or anyone in food service have their last name on the name tag. Can they do this ? Maybe in a bank or perhaps an airport… Also, shouldn’t the custodians also in our union have to wear one? I have e-mailed my union but have no answer from them yet so I’ve been trying other sources …
