I’m getting the ball rolling on this 6 months before due date and I need any help I can get. As we have all had rocky relationships, this one is gonna have a kid involved. When my girlfriend told me she was pregant I was actually excited, so I did the right thing, bought a ring. A week later I come home from work and found that she was at my house went through my cabinets and found she found my vodka I had hidden from her. That caused an argument, next day she is in ER, she wouldn’t tell me where she was…MISSED our first ultrasound as a couple. Went to her mom about it, I confronted my (new) fiance’ and you would have thought I would have summoned the devil or something….Just plain evil. So because of my concern for the baby I’m being banned in the involvement of every aspect of the term. NOW saying all that here is the interesting part….a couple months into the relationship I learn that the child’s mother is a convicted felon and on probation till 2014, it was a drug charge….Big drug charge!! She has no home, as the old joke goes, lives in her parents basement. Her dad is an alcoholic (recovered?)…and mother is just a mental case….that my friends is an environment I dont want my child around!! SO I called her doctor….seems she only put herself down as party of interest on her privacy forms. I called, talked to the doctors nurse and had the whole drinking thing and addict thing documented on her file. I keep getting texts (which are GOLD) saying I will never see the kid….and things of that nature. So in a nutshell….we have an addict, felon, on probation, no insurance as a mother versus myself. The only thing I was ever guilty of was being a tad immature at times….record is clean as can be, have own business,home and insurance and most importantly, it seems I have the best interest of my child at hand!! ANY HELP OUT THERE AT ALL WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!! Thanx in advance
Watkins…..NEVER claimed I was a saint…was just stating the facts. And I would NEVER do anything to psychologically poison the child. Were bad mistakes made…SURE they were, But the situation is what it is….I already love the child, and am truly excited for the arrival. I dont know your situation, but have you ever dealt with an addict…have you ever had to deal with someone who thinks it is OK to use a child as a weapon against you. Stupidity on my part or not, just out of shear love for this woman I thought I could fix her and she could help me with my flaws, but when this situation came about and things became real it seems I’m the only one standing here saying, “let’s deal with it”! Already pursuing all the avenues I need to to have all bases covered, just posted question for support and advice! So until you have walked the road I have with this woman, don’t judge from the outside!

My boyfriend and I want to start selling products at the flea market full time. We know we need a tax ID number from the IRS, but don’t know what other sort of licensing (or other things) we will need to start the business. What licenses do we need, who do we contact about obtaining them, and how much do they cost? We will want to be able to order wholesale products, etc.
Any information would be appreciated.

What is the difference between the two? Full faith and credit clause already required states to recognize documents and contracts from other states and from what I’m reading the driver’s license contract does that too. Am I missing something?
I new to my state and just received a new drivers license, turning in my old one. I am going to get insurance in my new state and would like to receive a good driver discount. I do not know my old drivers license numbers…I have lived in 3 states over 5 years. Will they be able to see my full driving record with my new license number or do I need to request an abstract from the prior two states?

I have a BS in Civil Engineering, and work as an Engineer in Training. In order to achieve licensing, I have to work with a licensed Professional Engineer for 5 years before I take the licensing exam.
My sons are 7 and 5, and the 7 year old is developmentally delayed, but keeping pace in public schools with his age group, with the assistance of a full-time tutor, who mostly helps keep him focused on his classwork. The 5-year-old will be starting kindergarten in the fall. I am mainly concerned with behavior problems they are learning from their peers, but also to a lesser degree with lack of personal attention.
Is it possible to work full time, and also home school children? How can it be done? Are there day care centers that would keep school age children who home school in evening, or would I need to modify my work schedule?
I have my limited provisional license, and im able to drive from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM without supervision.
So when you have your full provisional license, what can you do different and how old do you have to be to get it?
And whats after your full provisional license?
I am currently 18 but still have not received my full license since I am away at school. I heard if you already have your full license it doesn’t effect you. When do I need to get mine by to avoid this ridiculous law?
