I’m moving from florida to washington state and i don’t want my girlfriend to drive the whole way so if i have a hardship license from florida what if i get pulled over in some other state on the way for something minor. Who would know the facts on this cuz i know every states laws differ.

I am SOOOOOOO confused and need help from someone who really knows what’s up!!!
I got a speeding ticket while visiting someone in Puerto Rico, driving with my Florida license.
I lost the ticket.
I went to pay the fine, but couldn’t because I didn’t have the ticket.
I was told to go stand in another line to get the ticket, so that I can come back to the first line and pay it.
The lady at the 2nd line told me that there’s no record of my speeding because I don’t have a Puerto Rican license.
I contacted the FL DMV to see if they had record of it. They told me that Puerto Rico would be sending it to them, but how can that be if Puerto Rico told me that there’s no record of it?
I have both Puerto Rico and Florida telling me not to worry about it, but I just find it too hard to believe that I have a “license to speed.” I’m particularly worried because I wanted to talk to the Puerto Rican court about letting me do something (a traffic course) to stop them from sending the points to my record in Florida, as it would probably cause my license to be suspended, now that we are only allowed one speeding ticket per year, without suspension.
What’s going on?
I’m afraid that I’ll end up with a suspended license and a warrant in Puerto Rico simply because I can’t pay the fine due to there not being a record

New York resident with NYS Permit getting a Florida Drivers License and driving in NY?

Hello,
I’m a 17-year-old NYS resident who has a NYS learners permit.
My family owns an apartment in Florida which we travel to many times a year.
In New York, in order to get your NYS license under the age of 18, you must take a drivers education course. I never took this course. Why? I have outside of school obligations that require nearly all my free time.
During my next trip to Florida, can I take a road test in Florida and receive a drivers license from Florida? Can I then use it in New York? Do I have to be a resident of Florida? I don’t attend school in Florida so I don’t believe I’m a full resident. I don’t know what classification I would fall under, do you?
Please don’t simply quote the DMV website. I have looked at both New York’s DMV website as well as Florida’s DMV website and the wording is very vague.

Just to clarify: I’m not moving to Florida. I don’t even know if I have residency. My family owns property in Florida and we travel there often.

Expired Florida Drivers License I GOT CAUGHT DRIVING I’M SCREWED?

Let me preface this by saying I’m a moron.
I didn’t realize my license was expired for more than a year until I got pulled over last week. I got a ticket for the expired license and was told to get a court date.
This week I got pulled over for SPEEDING with an expired license (I’m a moron) so I get 2 tickets again and they tow the car.
So what does a moron have to do to get his license back? Will they just let me take the vision test and pay a fine,or do I have to wait for the court date before they will let me get it? Or will they just suspend my license since I was caught driving?
Well I went into the DMV today and they gave me a new license.
But I bet the judge will suspend it. I’ll know in 2 weeks I guess.
