I live in Florida and was wondering if I needed some sort of private lending licence to sell construction loans in the US. If I do where can I go to get one? Thanks

I want to make an offer on a property in Florida but would like to be pre-qualified first. It has a mobile home on it and I don’t know if I will need a construction loan or rehab loan? What’s the best way for me to proceed?

Legal Resource Manual For Real Estate Brokers: Florida Broker Edition

I live in gainsville,florida I have an oppurtunity to work with a good
company. I need to get my mortgage broker class, and I know you have
to get an application and fingercard from the state but I need to take
the 24 hour education course and im not sure where to go online for
where I lif3 ifrec doesnt have a class lcation in gainesville. Can

I want to start a cleaning business in Florida. Do I just need to get an occupational license, or am I required to register it as a Limited Liability Company?

I have 11 years experience and no losses. Also I write 70% personal lines and 30% commercial only.

I was promised a morgage that I still haven’t got. It has been 1 month and I was told for the past week the papers will be here today, then the broker has lost some paper work, and keeps asking for it, again…. Everyday for the past 5 days i’m told the papers will be in tomorrow… I want to switch to a bank. What can I do? The broker told me he would sue me…. Who can work with someone who is constsntly lieing to you?

I am looking to buy property in Florida and spoke to a buyer broker who in fact is the agent for the same property I am interested in.
He sent me a Bure Broker agreement to sign which he asks for a non refundable and does not go to the closing of 295.00 and then proceeds to say that he wants a 3% commission at closing is this typical.

In trying to start an above ground swimming pool installation company I have run across the problem that no one really knows what an above ground pool legaly is. I have found documentation that a pool contractors license is not required for the installation of a “non-permanent, non-fixed, above-ground pool” however when I provided my findings to the leon county licensing board I was asked exactly what a “non-permanent, non-fixed, above-ground pool” actially is. Can any one help?

i have had my permit for a year already and i want to take the driving test to get my license but do i HAVE to have insurance to take the test?
