I know that you cannot get a realtor license in New York State if you have been convicted of a DWI, for example. I didn’t know if there was a similar provision for accountants. I see on the NYS web site that you have to be deemed of “good moral character” but that seems intentionally vague. I’d like to know before I invest time and money in years of schooling. Thank you.

My license have been suspended for 5 years, a judge told me to get my license before the suspension i’ll have to get an atorney that will go back on my Driving records and change a “Driving While license suspended” to a riving with no Valid. The State of Florida have a 3 strike rule regarding driving with a suspended license.
