How do “We the People” file a charge of “Fraud” against the DMV, a DMV official, DMV Agent, or DMV employee for “Fraudulently” reporting a ” Fantom Conviction” absent a court conviction? Not to forget that a ‘Minute Order (Nunc Pro Tunc) as ordered by a Judge of the State Superior Court compelling the DMV to ’strike The Record” of Fantom Conviction? It been over a year and the DMV is in violation of the Minute Order! What say you?
