At What Point In Time Do You Need To Have Your Full License By To Avoid The New Nj Law?

I am currently 18 but still have not received my full license since I am away at school. I heard if you already have your full license it doesn’t effect you. When do I need to get mine by to avoid this ridiculous law?

    What ridiculous law are you talking about?
    If you’re talking about the decal on the tag, then the fact that you’re 18 won’t matter much, since it applies to drivers under 21.
